I know for myself, immediately it’s the smell, cafe’s and roasted coffee beans. But this concept is a world away from what coffee means to the producers in PNG.
While Fairtrade has done a brilliant job lifting standards for producers across the globe, it’s not a perfect organisation, yet! But the good thing is that Fairtrade is always looking to improve its criteria so that everyone on the supply chain profits.
